Over the past little while, our branch family has found many reasons – and ways – to celebrate. From a walk down the aisle to a game drive in the bush, from the perfect moment to put a ring on it, to plenty to sing about in a sold out stadium, here are some pics that are worth a thousand words.
Our beautiful Nancy got married to the man of her dreams. From all the excitement, leading up to the big day, to how incredible she looked as she became a ‘Mrs’ – we’re so happy that Nancy’s wedding was as gorgeous and special as she is.
The lovely Angelique said, “Yes!” to the love of her life, who she’s been dating for five years. Her now fiancé popped the question against the backdrop of a picturesque Camps Bay beach sunset. We hear that wedding bells are on the cards for early next year – we can’t wait to see which dress Angelique says “Yes!” to.
Nicole recently took some time out of ‘the office’ and headed to Limpopo, where she spent a week catching up with her family, and enjoying some R&R in between game drives and animal spotting, which included elephants, hippos, snakes and two leopards, just to name a few.
At the end of April, Maricia enjoyed some well-deserved quality time with her family when they got together to celebrate her mom’s birthday with a weekend-long farm getaway, complete with golden memories made during golden hour as they watched the sunsets on the red dunes, snapping a group selfie as a memento of their special time together, of course!
Dr Dominique had the opportunity to attend and tick Afrikaburn off from her bucket list. She describes the experience as “being transported to a community of appreciation, participation, acceptance and a little bit of absurdism, bringing some new creativity and inspiration into my life.”
We have no doubt that Maricia and her friends, Marzet from our Willowbridge branch, and Leandri from our Head Office team, will be humming “Everybody, rock your body!” to themselves for weeks to come after “getting their 90s groove on” at the Backstreet Boys concert a couple of weeks ago.

I’m sure we can all agree that Nurse Wilna practices what she preaches in the skincare department. She looked absolutely luminous at her son’s wedding in Somerset West recently.

And, ‘out of office’, Juliana’s been achieving too! Qualifying for the South African National Championships in Karate in Gquaberha, where she won one gold and three silver medals, we’re not only proud of her achievement, testament to her dedication to karate, but also in awe of her dedication and commitment to every aspect of her life.
Dr Shahra and our Western Cape trainer, Anika, recently attended the HeyEd Cosmeceutical event, joined by the best in the aesthetics and anti-ageing business. Selected doctors and trainers from around South Africa had the opportunity to brainstorm together about the development of new solutions for various skin conditions.
Now a mom of two, we’re thrilled to have Dr Shahra back in-branch after her maternity leave and we’re obsessed with all the pics and news of her beautiful baby girl.
A passionate doctor with an extensive and passionate interest in skin health and science based anti-ageing, Dr Michele is currently pursuing his dreams of becoming a master in aesthetic medicine.
His passion for creativity and medicine has given him the perfect foundation for aesthetic mastery, and we have no doubt that he won’t only achieve his goal, but excel in doing so!
Having earned the title of ‘best dressed’ courtesy of always “looking Gucci”, we think that Dr Michele’s passion for running, which he describes as his therapy, may have some competition from his other therapy… retail therapy!
