Who doesn’t love a little adventure over the December holidays? Our team got out there and explored, making full use of their downtime. Our branch leader, Marquerette, headed into the bush and had a fabulous festive season, indulging in the best food and company. Her best moment? Adventurous evening game drives.
Like many, Lourita headed to the Cape for the holiday season with her gorgeous family in tow. Enjoying the freedom of their trailor camper, beach time with family and friends provided a well-deserved break along the coast. Her top takeaway? Her son wave-jumping for hours on end.
Deone felt like a staycation this time but made it the best. With her little one walking up a storm, Deone relished spending time with her daughter. She also did things she’d never experienced before, like attending a comedy show as a treat for the new year. Her holiday highlight? Nights around the bonfire.
Eulali and her family holidayed in the Drakensberg for some necessary R&R. She made the best of her time to recharge and read as many books as possible prolifically. Eulalia still can’t get over the sights and sounds of this gorgeous part of SA.
Dr Janene had a particularly special celebration this past Christmas, welcoming her family to the new house and creating cherished memories. The family spent quality time cooking delicious holiday meals and sharing stories around the dining table. Her fur babies were spoiled with treats and toys, joining in on the excitement as everyone gathered to enjoy the warmth of family togetherness. Her most celebrated slice of Christmas? Embracing new beginnings and the love that surrounds them.
