Membership is complimentary and allows you to earn SkinBucks every time you transact in a branch or online. Each SkinBuck is valid at R1. SkinBucks can be redeemed for use on all services, retail and gift vouchers.
How do I join the Skin Renewal Loyalty Programme?
As a Skin Renewal patient, you will automatically be signed up to the Loyalty Programme following your first visit to a branch, or an online purchase.
Is there a fee to join the Skin Renewal Loyalty Programme?
There is no enrolment fee for this Programme.
How is my tier determined?
Tiers are dynamic and reviewed based on your spend over 12 months.
What are the three-tier thresholds?
- Onyx (annual spend of between R1 – R24,999)
- Gold (annual spend of between R25,000 – R49,999)
- Diamond (annual spend of over R50,000)
How do I know my tier status?
Tier status will be determined based on the following criteria:
- Date of joining the Programme and subsequent spend for the next 12months.
- Should your spend exceed the top level of your tier, you will be upgraded to the next level tier. The inception of the 12 month period will commence once again, on the new tier.
- Your reviewed tier status is valid for the following 12 months unless your spend allows for an upgrade during the 12 month period.
- Should spend decrease and at the 12-month review not be in line with the current tier, you will move down to the tier below.
What differentiates each tier?
The percentage earned on purchases differs on each tier. The Rand value earned increases the higher the tier you are on. Redemption of benefits may only commence from the Gold tier at which stage 250 points equating to 250 SkinBucks will have been accrued.
What are the benefits of each tier?
- Onyx Tier Rewards
- Onyx will receive 1% of the total spend back in points.
- Gold Tier Rewards
- Gold will receive 5% of the total spend back in points.
- Redemption of points will commence from the Gold Tier at which stage 250 points equating to R250 will have been accrued.
- Celebrate your birthday with a complimentary spoil, valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
- Receive preferential bookings for new treatments.
- Diamond Tier Rewards
- Diamond will receive 10% of the total spend back in points.
- Celebrate your birthday with a complimentary spoil, valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

What is a SkinBuck worth?
Each SkinBuck is valued at R1. Accumulation of points starts from your first transaction.
How long are my points valid for?
Points accrued are valid for a 12 month period from the date of the transaction.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are not transferable.
What can points be used for?
Points earned equate to a monetary discount (SkinBucks) off any service, product or gift voucher.
Can I use the points accrued from a transaction on that transaction?
Points accrued from a transaction may only be redeemed at the subsequent transaction.
Do I earn points when using a gift voucher?
No, points are earned on the purchase of a gift voucher but not on redemption.
Do I earn points through an online transaction?
Yes.
Do I receive a complimentary spoil on my birthday?
Yes. All Gold and Diamond patients will receive a complimentary treatment in their birthday month.
