It's important to be aware of the key changes to your skin you can expect as you age, as well as what you can do to treat these signs and symptoms of ageing.
In your 20’s it's more about protection than rejuvenation.
In your 30’s you will notice that whatever started bugging you in your 20’s, becomes magnified and you may also start to develop frown lines, crow’s feet and increased pigment from sun damage.
In your 40’s you start to see more severe dynamic lines, some static lines and pigment issues. Volume loss also occurs, which means loss of facial fat, and loss of collagen and elastin, which leads to sagging.
In your 50’s you start to see massive volume loss and sagging as well as many static and dynamic lines. It is at this age that you truly see the results of your lifestyle on your skin. Your lifestyle has a massive impact on your skin and habits such as smoking, and too much sun exposure can accelerate the signs of ageing.
