If you’ve ever gotten a bad haircut, you’ll know that all hairdressers aren’t created equally. It’s exactly the same when it comes to doctors. Some are good at their jobs and others, not so much. Not only does the person wielding the needle need to know what he’s doing, but he also needs to know precisely where to place it.
