- Monday 24 December 2018: All branches will be closed except those bound by centre hours
- Tuesday 25 December 2018: All branches will be closed
- Wednesday 26 December 2018: All branches will be closed except those bound by centre hours.
- Saturday 29 December 2018: The following branches will be closed:
- All KZN Branches
- Claremont
- Stellenbosch
- Brooklyn
- Irene
- Illovo
- Monday 31 December: All branches will be closed except those bound by centre hours.
- Tuesday 1 January 2019: All branches will be closed except those bound by centre hours.
